FAQ's & GUIDELINES

Tickets

When and how will I receive my ticket?

Your ticket(s) will be emailed upon purchase to the email address you registered when you purchased the tickets.

Can I work for a ticket?

Yes! Head to the section "Get Involved" and apply to our incredible volunteers team! If you already purchased a ticket you can apply and ask for a refund.

Do I need to bring ID?

Yes. This is an 18+ event and we have the right to ask for ID in case we feel necessary.

Is this festival suitable for children?

Unfortunately we won't have any children's space. In case you want to bring the little ones with you, you'll need to email hello@elysianartandmusic.com for a special request and they must be supervised by their parent or legal guardian at all times.

Do I get a free ticket because my birthday is during the event?

No, but we'll create an incredible discount code for you! Email us to hello@elysianartandmusic.com with a picture of your ID and redeem your birthday present.

Location

Can I bring a campervan/caravan?

Yes but please follow the instructions of traffic wardens on site, our staff know where access is best suited for your camping, so listen to their advice.

Can I drive around the site during the festival?

No, once you're parked, you'll have to stay there for the rest of the event. There will be an allocated area for those who wish to leave the event before the end date. All access and emergency roads must be kept clear at all times for emergency vehicles. Please respect the signage.

Can I hire accomodation on site?

No, we won't have any Glamping available for purchase, so you'll have to arrange a tent for you and your friends.

Can I bring my gas stove?

Because of the intense heat during summer there will be a total fire ban, so gas cookers will not be permitted on site. Security will be specifically looking for them at the entry and they'll be confiscated and returned at the end of the event.

When do the gates open?

When we must leave?

As much as we would like Meliora to live forever, everyone must vacate the site by midday Monday 25 November 2024. Please make sure you've had a good rest and are completely sober, we don't want you to get hurt.

What to bring

Can I bring my dog?

We know you love your pet too much, but remember that they will be in a confusing and scary environment with loud noises, flashing lights and many people. So if it's absolutely necessary and you feel like you and your dog can handle the caos, you can.

Can I bring my own generator and/or sound system?

We're gonna stick up for your neighbours and say no. Nobody wants to hear your loud generator noise or track selection at a festival unless you're booked to play on stage. Plus, they're a fire hazard, so they'll be confiscated with your gas bottles.

Can I bring alcohol?

Meliora is a BYO event and no alcohol can be sold or purchased on site. We strongly encourage you to be responsible with the consumption of alcohol and warn that drunkenness is not considered a defence under our "Anti Social Behaviour Policy". NO GLASS ALLOWED on site, and they'll be confiscated upon entry, empty your alcohol in plastic bottles, please let's keep it safe.

What should I bring?

Food and drinks. We recommend a minimum of 10L of water PER PERSON, there will be drinking water and food trucks available on site, but we don't want to abuse from the local resources. Adequate shelter (tent, sleeping gear and communal shade), hat and sunblock, clothing for the weather, cash (there's no ATM on site), eski, torch, batteries, butt bin if you're a smoker and don't forget your toothbrush! Your best attitude, fabulous costumes, an open heart, care and consideration for your fellow dance floor partners - we all need to look after each other!

Will there be showers?

There are no showers on site, so keep this in mind and bring some extra water for a quick rinse.

Is there mobile reception?

Disconnect to connect! Sorry, you won't be able to check on your Tinder date during New Year's.There's minimal reception on site, so we'll ask you to keep your phone in airplane mode so if the crew needs it they can use it.

Leave No Trace

If you bring something with you, bring it home with you! Not only your rubbish, this includes tents, broken gazebos, chairs, ciggy butts, candy wrapping and everything that came in your car.

WAIT! I still have more questions...

If you have a question please email us at hello@elysianartandmusic.com, we will do our best to get back to you in a reasonable timeframe.
